no, im not sure where that one is either...this one looks like a tire valve stem (Schrader valve i think), and it's used to hook a pressure gauge to, in order to check the fuel pressure from the pump...they have the kits to rent at autozone, and id like to check and make sure my pressure is good, before i run off and by a new MAF and waste money.

Oh that valve, well you need to remove the upper intake manifold, 4 bolts hold it, then remove the PCV valve hose on the driver side, and the trumpets on the front...

Also you got to remove the 1 screw holding the breather stuff from the manifold and put it to the side.

Then the 4 bolts that hold the plenum... remove that, and you will see the intake runners, in between is the fuel rail and it has a tire valve like stem that you can test the fuel pressure...

No worries if you turn the key on the car shouldn't throw any codes, just dont try to start it...

In reality its not as hard as you think its around 6-7 bolts all together and you are there, once you do it you will see how simple it is.

I was affraid to touch that engine when I first got the car now, I am almost an expert on it, its quite simple engine and very well put together...

yea i think im in that stage now... i was going to replace the valve cover gaskets on my own but i decided to take it to a mechanic instead...ill get the TB and intake manifold, and replace them and then see where it gets me from there.
