Lowered w/ GTO Springs.

Here are some of the pictures.

I swapped the front springs out of a new Pontaic GTO with the 6.0L LS2 Engine...

Springs were new... drop was 1" Front almost no drop on the rear.

Now the front is 26" and the rear is 26.5"
Before it was 27" front and 26.5" rear....

A few more shots with my 18s on... and after alignment....


The car really settled now, front sitting at 26" rear at around 1/4" higher... has a mean look and it certainly rides stiffer and its way more responsive and live when you throw some twisty roads at it....

what is your source of supply for the parts? any website would be helpful. Preferrably not in German though. :-)

I keep an eye on Ebay, and good stuff always pops up on there...

Some of the things like the GTO Springs and the big brakes were a trial and error...

Rockauto.com is my source for whatever parts I need for the car.

btw, what are the little dimples in your rear bumper?

Rear back up sensors...
There is an internal display that shows the distance to the nearest object and also beeps.

I need to find the DIY thread and post it here.
