Foglight on with High Beams
ok here is how to have your foglamps on as well as your highbeams.
what you need for this:
standard(flat) screwdriver
copper wire
first thing that you want to do is take off the kick panel under the steering wheel.
you do this by unscrewing the two screws towards the back of the panel.
after you get this panel off you will see two fuse/relay boxes.
you want the box on the right with the relays in it.

the relay you want to pull is the brown one on the bottom left.

ok here is the actul "mod" part.
what you need is to strip a copper wire (like i did) or find a peice of wire and wrap it around the center prong as well as the perpindicular(sp) one below it (pictured).

now just plug it back in
put the panel back together
test it out.
results:

Thats a great write up, its missing a few pictures but its still plenty clear...
